CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING

1. 5% Down Payment Development of projects in SIP panels
2. 35% Production 5-10 days before starting the production of SIP panels. Production time for a KIT is 30-40 working days
3. 20% Completion of Manufacturing and Delivery of KIT. Before the delivery of the house KIT to the site
4. 20% Assembly and Installation. After installing the house KIT (assembly time 30-50 days)
5. 10% Progress 50% of construction. The work reached 50% completion (30-50 days)
6. 10% Finished. Once the work is completed

WARRANTY

• 1 year for defects in finishes.
• 3 years for defects affecting habitability.
• 10 years for defects affecting the structural safety of the property.
