The SIP COMFORT House includes the following finishing materials:

1. Exterior walls: Eco-SIP panels of 174 mm with PPS-20 (EPS) polystyrene insulation.
2. Floor: Coating of choice: Ceramic tiles, Laminate flooring (valued up to €19).
3. Exterior roof: Eco-SIP panels of 174 mm with PPS-20 (EPS) polystyrene insulation.
4. Between floors: Wooden beams of 220 mm, Mineral wool of 200 mm, OSB-3 with 15 cm thickness.
5. Interior walls: SIP panels of 124 mm with PPS-20 (EPS) polystyrene insulation.
6. Interior wall decoration: Plasterboard panels installed on a structure, finished and painted.
7. Interior ceiling decoration: Plasterboard panels installed on a structure, finished and painted.
8. Room finishing: Installation of flooring, laminate parquet or ceramic tiles.
9. Doors: Entrance doors made of high-quality metal for greater durability and security. Interior doors made of MDF.
10. Windows: High-quality PVC windows with triple glazing for better thermal and acoustic insulation.
11. Bathroom and kitchen decoration: Wall and floor coverings that meet resistance and moisture requirements. Finished installation of sanitary ware, faucets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
12. Electricity: Wiring with switches, sockets, and electrical panel. Proper installation of the electrical network using reliable materials.
13. Facade coating: Exterior plaster with white cement mortar finished with two layers of moisture-resistant paint.
14. Roof: Tile or similar coating.
15. Heating: Installation of Aerothermal system and underfloor heating.
